Service data gathered by the University of Michigan's Weather
Underground weather information system and then downloaded to
UHINFO.
The UHINFO system attempts a connection to the University of
Michigan once
every hour to download and save the forecasts; if a connection cannot be
made, the forecast from the last successful retrieval is used.
